Who am I? What makes me react the way I do? What drives me? Why are others so different? What is the Enneagram? What are core competencies and needs? Interactively, you will learn more about yourself and others and how to successfully interact with each other.
All centres and numbers of the Enneagram are presented in detail. Input, live demos and time to discuss and try out things for yourself.
Participants will:
get to the root of our motivations and reactions, both positive and negative, and what this means in our dealings with people and issues personally and in the work environment
acquire a better understanding of other people’s motivations and reactions
get tools for decision taking, conflict resolution and ones own self-guidance
and get the opportunity to find out their personality type beforehand if they want to know (duration 1 hour, dates to be announced)
The workshop is also suited for couples or closed groups.

Enneagram Number - there is no requirement for you to know your number beforehand, although you may profit more if you do. If you want to find out before, contact us here. It takes 1,5 hrs and will be offered at the reduced rate of 60Fr.
